【Engine Related】
This vehicle has undergone an engine overhaul. Rather than simply replacing worn parts, we meticulously carried out each step of the process—disassembly, measurement, processing, and assembly—to bring out the engine’s original performance and feel. After disassembly, major components such as the cylinder head, camshaft housing, pistons, and cylinders were meticulously cleaned using wet blasting. Measurements and inspections were performed on each part, and the engine’s condition was comprehensively adjusted under numerical control, including timing chain alignment, valve timing adjustment, exhaust gas and idling adjustments.

In particular, all exhaust valve guides, which are often a weak point, were replaced. Combined with valve seat cutting and lapping, this improves combustion efficiency and durability. Furthermore, consumable and stress-bearing parts such as piston rings, head stud bolts, and hydraulic tappets were also replaced, fundamentally overhauling the internal condition.

In addition, resin parts and rubber sleeves around the intake manifold, the cooling fan housing, and bearings were refreshed. Replacing the oil lines and breather hoses reduces the risk of leaks and problems.

For the ignition system, all spark plugs and plug wires were replaced, and the distributor belt was replaced. For the fuel system, the lines from the fuel tank to the engine and the fuel pump were replaced to ensure stable fuel supply and safety.

These maintenance tasks, though not easily visible from the outside, affect starting performance, acceleration, and stability. This vehicle has been meticulously maintained to provide a solid foundation for long-term, worry-free driving.

Furthermore, the front and rear shock absorbers, bump stops, and dust boots have been replaced to improve ride comfort and road holding. In addition, the front lower control arm bushings, tie rods, and rear toe control arm links have been replaced to enhance the overall rigidity and responsiveness of the suspension.

Although these are less visible areas, they significantly impact the sense of security and quality while driving, which is why we have meticulously addressed all the key areas during maintenance.

[Exterior related]
The exterior is not simply repainted; the focus is on “restoring the original texture,” and the work is meticulously finished from the base coat.
First, deep cleaning is performed on the body inner and under panels, resetting the condition including parts that are not normally visible. Then, the entire body is repainted, improving not only the beauty of the appearance but also the overall finish, from the surface finish to the texture of the paint.
Each auxiliary part is repainted in flat black to tighten the details. The wheels are also painted in the same way, improving the uniformity and cleanliness of the wheels.
The lighting system, including fog lights, headlight lenses, side markers, and license plate lights, was replaced to achieve both improved visibility and a fresher appearance. Furthermore, the seals on the front and rear windshields, as well as all other seals, beadings, and gaskets, were replaced to enhance practical aspects such as waterproofing and weather resistance.

The car has been restored to its original classic Porsche beauty and style.

[Electrical System]
The electrical system prioritizes both comfort and reliability, with a particular focus on refreshing the air conditioning system.
In addition to a total cleaning of the A/C line, the compressor was replaced with a remanufactured unit. The entire air conditioning system was reviewed by addressing the receiver tank, condenser blower series resistor, air conditioning filter, and heater flap related parts (switch valve and vacuum unit).
Furthermore, the fan belt sensor, series resistor, and battery ground cable were replaced, the accessory belts were updated, and the double relays for the oil cooler, A/C condenser, and rear blower were also replaced. This covers areas prone to problems due to aging. We’ve also completed the installation of equipment used daily.
