【Engine Related】
This vehicle underwent an engine overhaul. In addition to replacing worn parts, the entire process from disassembly, measurement, processing, and assembly was carried out to ensure optimal engine performance.
After disassembly, each engine part was deep-cleaned using wet blasting, and the work was carried out after accurately checking its condition. The cylinder head area was meticulously prepared, including measurement of each valve stem, replacement of all exhaust valve guides, valve seat cutting, valve lapping, and valve timing adjustment.

The cylinder head gasket set was replaced, and the timing chain guide rail bearings, camshaft flange cover, and intake/exhaust valve covers were also replaced. In addition, parts prone to deterioration over time, such as the oil filter bellows, oil hose between the oil tank and engine, crankcase breather hose, and idle speed valve hose, were also replaced.

Details such as the vario ram flap gasket and cooling fan bearing were also addressed to improve engine reliability.

The ignition system was upgraded by replacing the spark plug wire set, spark plugs, distributor cap, and rotor to ensure stable combustion. Furthermore, the fuel line was revised, replacing the return hose in the engine compartment, the hose between the fuel filter and rails, and the injection rail line to optimize the fuel path.

With meticulous attention to detail in both the aesthetics when the engine hood is open and the intricate internal finishing, this engine delivers the true performance and feel of an air-cooled Porsche, resulting in a reliable engine that can be enjoyed for many years to come.
