[Engine related]

The engine of this vehicle has been thoroughly refreshed from the inside through a full overhaul.

Major parts such as the crankcase, cylinder head, and pistons have been deep cleaned with wet blasting, then measured, inspected, and reassembled. We carefully check the oil clearance, adjust the valve timing, and grind the valves to bring out the original performance of the air-cooled engine.

All parts that directly affect functionality and durability have been replaced with new ones, such as the crank bearings, oil spray jets, connecting rod bearings, piston rings, timing chain parts (guide rails, tensioner, sprockets), connecting bridges around the cams, and IN/EX valve covers.
In addition, all auxiliary equipment such as spark plugs, manifold flanges, power steering belt, various oil and fuel hoses, breather hoses, fuel filters, and air filters have also been serviced.

[Suspension related]
The suspension that supports the movement of the car was thoroughly worked on, even in the hard-to-see parts.
The wheelhouses, arms, and suspension were deep cleaned to refresh the texture of the entire undercarriage. In addition to replacing the front and rear shock absorbers, the bushings on the front lower control arms were also replaced with new ones to improve stability while driving.
As for the brakes, the front and rear rotors, pads, and hoses were all replaced, achieving a natural, easy-to-use brake feel that works only as hard as you press the pedal.
In addition, the power steering molded hose and pressure hose have also been updated, restoring a steering feel that is both light and solid.
Finally, the four-wheel alignment was realigned to ensure accurate straight-line stability and excellent cornering performance.

[Exterior related]
We placed emphasis not only on making the body beautiful, but also on bringing out the original texture and presence to the maximum.
Deep cleaning was performed even on areas that are usually not visible, such as the inner panel and under panel, to remove accumulated dirt. After preparing a clean base, the entire body was painted. We achieved a uniform, deep, and glossy finish.
All lighting has been replaced with new ones, including the left and right front turn signals, headlight lenses, side markers, and license plate lamps, improving functionality and giving the car a fresh look.
In addition, small parts such as the front and rear license plate brackets, front hood emblem, hood dampers, washer jet nozzles, rear fender stone guards, rear spoiler wall panel, and wiper blades have also been replaced with new ones.
The outer seals of the front and rear windshields, as well as various gaskets, beading, and seals, have been replaced to ensure waterproofing and airtightness. The weather strips on the left and right doors have also been replaced with new ones, supporting a comfortable interior environment.

The cabin was thoroughly cleaned to improve comfort and texture while respecting the original atmosphere.
After carefully removing dirt that had accumulated over the years, the skin of the steering wheel, left and right seats, center console, and door lock pillars were reupholstered, taking care not to damage the texture. The skin of the left and right rear quarter trim upper moldings and the floor mats were also replaced, tightening up the overall impression of the interior.
In addition, all parts that are touched on a daily basis, such as the door weather strips, entry plates, pedal covers, and seat reclining hinge covers, were also replaced with new ones. Attention was also paid to usability, with even the smallest parts being meticulously maintained.
The result is a cabin that is not only beautiful in space, but also feels comfortable to the touch.

[Electrical equipment]
The alternator was replaced with a reliable rebuilt product. In addition to the rear blower motor vacuum unit and rear heater switching valve, the DME relay, headlight washer relay, and each relay for the oil cooler, A/C condenser, and rear heater blower were all replaced with new ones as preventive maintenance to prevent deterioration and risk of failure.
In addition, the three V-belts in the drive system were replaced with new ones to support stable operation of each mechanism.
