【Engine-related】
This vehicle received work mainly on the auxiliary components and hoses around the engine.
First, the entire engine compartment and exhaust muffler were deep cleaned and polished to reset them to a clean state. The gaskets and cover bodies around the left and right chain cases were replaced, and areas prone to oil leaks were treated with particular attention.
Regarding the ignition system, the distributor cap, spark plug wires, and spark plugs were all replaced to improve ignition stability. Around the intake, we replaced the rubber sleeves and injector O-rings to minimize the likelihood of problems such as secondary air leaks and fuel mixture irregularities.

Valve clearance adjustments and exhaust gas tester adjustments were performed to bring out the engine’s inherently smooth rotation feel. All oil line hoses and fuel lines were completely refreshed and replaced extensively. Hoses deteriorate more rapidly than they appear, and performing this work all at once provides long-term peace of mind.

Point maintenance was performed to enhance reliability and feel in the practical driving range, resulting in optimal condition.

Deep cleaning of the transmission was performed to reset internal contaminants. The strainer and oil were also replaced to reduce the risk of oil passage blockage and malfunction.

The exterior is not simply repainted; the focus is on “restoring the original texture.”
First, a thorough deep cleaning is performed, including the body inner and under panels. The condition of the existing paint film is checked, areas showing deterioration or poor adhesion are stripped, scratches and dents on the body are repaired, and surface smoothness and adhesion are ensured through primer sanding. After preparing the surface for paint adhesion, a complete repaint is performed. This meticulous base treatment ensures a stable surface finish and defined lines after painting, accurately reproducing the shape of the 964. Furthermore, auxiliary parts are refinished in flat black, and the wheels are painted similarly, enhancing the overall unified look of the exterior.

Regarding the lighting, we have comprehensively refreshed everything from the fog lights, side markers, rear combination lamps, center garnish, license plate lamp, and wiring harness, reducing the risk of clouding and malfunction due to aging. Furthermore, we replaced parts around the bumper, hood dampers, various rubber seals, wiper components, and even the damping mat in the engine compartment. These changes aim not only to improve appearance but also to ensure functionality and reliability in everyday use, maintaining the overall condition of the exterior.
