[Engine related]
The engine area, which is the core of the car’s performance, has been carefully maintained to achieve both reliability and cleanliness.
The engine room and exhaust muffler have been thoroughly deep cleaned. The muffler has also been polished to achieve a beautiful appearance. The careful maintenance is evident in the clean engine room.
The internal maintenance included replacing the crankshaft rear oil seal, tappet cover, and gaskets around the chain case. Maintenance to improve reliability has been carried out at key points, with a focus on preventing oil leaks.
Oil hoses have been replaced, focusing on areas prone to deterioration over time, such as the oil cooler and reservoir tank. Additionally, all of the fuel system hoses from the tank to the engine were replaced, and the pump and filters were refreshed, as well as the inside of the pipelines cleaned.
In addition, the distributor belt and spark plugs have also been replaced.

[Suspension related]
Wheel houses, suspension, and each arm were carefully deep cleaned to remove years of dirt. By preparing the base, we improved the appearance and maintenance accuracy.
In the brake system, the rotors and pads were replaced with new ones both front and rear, in addition to the front and rear hoses. All damping plates and pad sensors were also replaced, refreshing the stopping power and brake feel.
In the suspension area, the front and rear shock absorbers were replaced with new ones, and the front lower arm bushes and stabilizer links were also replaced. Road tracking and stability have been improved.
To finish off, four-wheel alignment was performed, optimizing basic performance such as straight-line stability and cornering performance. The suspension has been finished to support the light and solid driving that is characteristic of an air-cooled Porsche.

[Exterior related]

Based on a sound body with no history of repairs, we carefully refreshed it to improve the texture and reliability.

First, the inner panel and under panel were deep cleaned to carefully remove accumulated dirt. After preparing the base, the entire body was painted, and fading and fine scratches due to aging were reset.

The wheels and auxiliary parts were repainted in flat black to unify the overall tone. It gives a firm impression from the feet up.
The front windshield glass has been replaced with a new one, and the seals, gaskets, and weatherstrips have also been refreshed. In addition to improving airtightness and waterproofing, clear visibility has also been ensured.
Many of the lights and exterior parts have also been replaced, improving both functionality and appearance, such as the side markers, license lamp, fog lamp cover panel, windshield washer jet nozzles, and wiper blades.
In addition, the check rods and slot moldings around the doors, the rear spoiler, and parts around the hood have also been replaced, improving the smoothness of opening and closing operations and the texture of the finish.
By meticulously finishing every detail, the exterior carefully brings out the original presence and dignity of a classic Porsche.

The skins of the steering wheel, left and right seats, dashboard, center console, etc. have been refreshed by reupholstering, while taking care not to damage the texture or feel. In addition, the carpet and mats on the cabin floor have also been replaced with new ones, tightening the impression of the entire space.
Parts that are in daily contact, such as the entry plate, accelerator and brake pedal rubbers, seat reclining cover, glass lifter switch, and interior mirror, have also been replaced. [Electrical equipment related]

The air conditioning system underwent a total line cleaning, and the evaporator, expansion valve, receiver tank, and A/C compressor were all replaced with new ones. By retrofitting to R134a specifications, cooling efficiency and durability have been improved. In addition, the fresh air regulating servo motor and temperature control servo motor were also refreshed, creating an air conditioning environment that can be used safely on a daily basis.
In the power generation system, a highly reliable rebuilt alternator was used, and the half pulley and V-belt were also replaced at the same time. In addition, the oil cooler, A/C condenser, and rear heater blower relays were also replaced with new ones as preventive maintenance.
