This vehicle is a complete model previously delivered by our company, R-GO, and has now been given a thorough overhaul.

After logging approximately 6,000 km since the previous build, we meticulously checked for signs of wear and tear and performed a full engine overhaul.
Rather than simply reconditioning, this car has been reworked twice, building on the previous experience and meticulously refinishing every detail to further enhance its level of perfection as a complete car.

The previous build (2024) focused on the body, including a full paint job, lighting refresh, front windshield glass replacement, and cabin skin replacement. Mechanical updates included the front brake pads and rotors, clutch master and release cylinder, air conditioning compressor, and starter motor.

This time, a full engine overhaul was performed. Rather than simply replacing worn parts, the engine condition was completely rebuilt through a series of processes, including disassembly, measurement, machining, and assembly.

Each part was thoroughly cleaned using deep cleaning, including wet blasting, to accurately assess its condition. Then, the crankshaft oil clearance was measured, and valve timing and clearance adjustments were made, all while numerically managing each part before assembly.

As for the internal parts, all valve guides were replaced, and valve seats were cut and fitted. Additionally, the crankshaft bearings, connecting rod bearings, intermediate shaft bearings, piston rings, etc. were replaced, and the engine oil cooler, oil hoses, fuel lines, engine sensors, spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor, etc. were all thoroughly refreshed. This vehicle is a testament to R-GO’s expertise in building vehicles that pays no attention to these less visible parts, ensuring you can continue to drive it safely for many years to come.
