☆Our work details☆

【Engine related】
This vehicle underwent an engine overhaul. Beyond simply replacing worn parts, the engine’s condition was restored through a series of processes including disassembly, measurement, necessary processing, and reassembly.
After disassembly, major components such as the cylinder head, camshaft housing, piston, and cylinder were deep cleaned using wet blasting. After inspecting the condition of the materials, we performed timing chain alignment checks and valve timing adjustments under numerical control, and comprehensively adjusted the engine’s condition, including exhaust gas and idling adjustments.

Gaskets were replaced, including the cylinder head gasket set and seals around the crankcase. The connecting bridge and all valve covers were also replaced. Furthermore, areas prone to deterioration over time, such as the oil level sensor, cooling fan bearing, breather hose, and intake manifold rubber sleeve, were carefully addressed. All spark plugs were replaced to ensure stable combustion.

For the fuel system, the return hose, pressure hose, injection rail line, and fuel filter in the engine compartment were replaced, refreshing the fuel line. By paying attention to even the less visible parts, we have ensured a safe and reliable driving experience.

[Suspension related]
The suspension, including the wheel wells, suspension, and various arms, was deep cleaned to reset the condition of the moving parts.
All front and rear brake hoses, brake rotors, and brake pads were replaced, including the wear limit sensors and damping plates. In addition to the restoration of braking power, the feel and control of the brake pedal have also improved.
The front lower control arm bushings, stabilizer drop links, tie rods, and rear toe control arm links were replaced. We improved steering responsiveness and straight-line stability, eliminating the slight “ambiguity” that can easily develop over time. The chassis has regained its original, solid feel.

Furthermore, we replaced the power steering molded hoses and pump belt, ensuring the reliability of the hydraulic system. Finally, we adjusted the four-wheel alignment to the optimal values, ensuring that all disassembled and replaced parts function as a unified unit.

[Electrical System]
The electrical system was refreshed, focusing on the air conditioning. A total cleaning of the A/C line and disassembly and cleaning of the heater housing were performed, and the receiver tank, evaporator, and expansion valve were replaced to fundamentally improve the air conditioning system.
While the air conditioning in classic Porsches is often said to be “weak,” this vehicle’s condition was adjusted to achieve air conditioning performance suitable for everyday use.
In addition, the fan belt sensor, series resistor, and battery ground cable were replaced, and all three accessory belts were replaced. Furthermore, we replaced the oil cooler, A/C condenser, and the double relay controlling the rear blower, meticulously working on even the hard-to-see electrical components.

Because these are components used daily, we didn’t compromise, and by servicing even the unseen parts, we ensured that this classic model can be used safely in modern environments.
The electrical system is in a condition to meet the requirements.
