[Engine-Related]
This vehicle underwent a full engine overhaul. Not only did we replace worn parts, but we also underwent a complete process of disassembly, measurement, machining, and assembly to completely rework the engine’s condition.
After disassembly, each engine component was deep-cleaned using a wet blasting process to accurately assess its condition. The engine is assembled while numerically managing each part, including measuring the crankshaft oil clearance and adjusting the valve timing and clearance.
The cylinder head’s exhaust valve guide was replaced, and the crankshaft bearing, intermediate bearing, piston rings, oil return tube, etc. were replaced.
For the fuel and oil system, all fuel hoses from the fuel tank to the engine injectors were replaced, completely refreshing the fuel line. Similarly, the oil hoses from the engine to the oil tank and oil cooler were replaced, eliminating any concerns about the fuel and oil system.
For the ignition system, the spark plugs and distributor cap and rotor were replaced.
With careful attention to beauty when the engine hood is opened and to the finest internal finish, this engine brings out the true performance and feel of an air-cooled Porsche, allowing you to drive it with peace of mind for many years to come.

The exterior was deep cleaned, including the interior and underpanels, and thoroughly repainted. The base was then repainted, and the accessories and wheels were also repainted, giving the overall finish a fresh look and texture. The headlight lenses, side markers, license plate lamps, and engine bay lamps have been replaced to improve visibility and create a fresh new look. The rubber parts for the front and rear windshield glass seals and beading have also been completely redesigned, improving not only appearance but also airtightness and durability.
Everything from the emblem, rear inscription, and wipers have been touched up, with the entire exterior being given a fresh look, resulting in a finish that accentuates the appeal of the Wimbledon Green body color.

The interior underwent a comprehensive cabin clean, followed by a refresh of the interior, focusing on the skin and carpeting. The skin on the steering wheel, front and rear seats, door trim, center console, pillars, rear quarter trim, and rear wallboard were all renewed. The seats also feature black piping for added contrast, enhancing the overall quality of the interior.
The entire cabin was completely reupholstered, including the floor, door pockets, pedal board, kick panel, and center console. This complete carpet refresh created a clean and tidy space, from the footwell down to the smallest details.
The gauges were also replaced, with backlight repairs and odometer gear replacement, restoring visibility and reliability. The entire interior was completely redesigned, with touches including the entry plate, pedals, switches, and speaker area. From the moment you step inside, you can tell this is a car that has been meticulously crafted, creating a cabin worthy of a classic Porsche.
