[Engine-related]
This vehicle underwent a full engine overhaul. Beyond simple part replacement, we disassembled, measured, reassembled, and reassembled the entire engine, completely rebuilding its condition.
After disassembly, each engine component was deep-cleaned using a wet blasting process to accurately assess its condition. The engine is assembled while numerically managing each component, including crankshaft oil clearance measurement, valve timing, and clearance adjustment.
The cylinder head has undergone complete replacement of intake and exhaust valve guides, valve seat cutting, valve luffing, and valve spring length adjustment, resulting in specifications that prioritize combustion efficiency and durability.
The crankshaft bearings and connecting rod bearings inside the crankcase have been replaced. All pistons and cylinders have been replaced with new ones, and the timing system’s chain and guide rails, including the hydraulic chain tensioner, have been completely replaced to reduce the risk of future problems.
The fuel and lubrication systems have also been thoroughly reworked. All fuel injectors have been replaced, and all seals have been refurbished. The oil thermostat, oil pressure switch/sensor, oil pipes, return tubes, and even the hose between the engine and oil tank have been replaced to improve oil circulation reliability.
Additionally, to ensure starting and stable ignition performance, the spark plugs, plug wires, ignition contacts, distributor rotor, and cap have been replaced in the ignition system.
In addition, the fuel system, which can be a source of concern in older vehicles, has been completely redesigned and given a full refresh. The fuel distributor and warm-up regulator have been overhauled, and the fuel tank, pump, hoses, accumulator, and filter have all been completely redesigned.
The engine has been assembled with the assumption that you will be able to continue driving it with peace of mind for many years to come.

[Suspension]
The suspension system underwent a deep cleaning of the wheel wells, suspension, and all arms, confirming the current condition and resetting the base condition. This was followed by a comprehensive refresh focused on the braking and steering systems.
In addition to the front and rear rotors and pads, the brakes were also completely redesigned, including the rear handbrake shoes, brake hoses, and master cylinder. This improved response and braking stability ensure a confident braking feel.
The suspension received new front and rear shock absorbers and upper mounts, as well as new front and rear hub bearings. Furthermore, worn parts such as the front lower arm bushings, ball joints, tie rods, and stabilizer bushings were refreshed. The entire suspension system was balanced for stopping, turning, and feel.

[Exterior]
The body underwent a thorough deep cleaning, from inside to outside. All removable components were removed, leaving only the body, and then repairs were made before a full paint job was performed. Not only was the exterior beautiful, but even the hidden parts were polished to enhance the overall body texture. The accessories were all finished in flat black, creating a firm, sleek look.
The wheels were barrel polished to remove any dirt or scratches, and then painted.
The lamps were completely refreshed, with new lighting from front to rear. Even the rear center garnish and license plate lamp were meticulously reworked.
In terms of glass, the front and rear windshields and left and right door glass were replaced. Additionally, the trim, including the quarter glass area, was replaced to improve sealing and a sharper appearance.
The door frames were anodized, and details such as the lights, end plates, and heat insulators were also completely renewed. The bumper, overriders, side bellows, and mirrors were meticulously refurbished, and all seals, beading, gaskets, and engine bay damping mats were replaced. Every detail was carefully crafted with the intention of resetting the entire exterior, resulting in a vehicle that conveys at a glance that “every aspect of the body has been touched up.”

The cabin has been fully refreshed, including the dashboard, steering wheel, door trim, pillars, quarter trim, roof lining, floor carpet, and trunk carpet. The front and rear seatbacks have been reupholstered, and the rear seat cushions have been newly made and reupholstered. Almost all of the interior skins have been replaced, including the sun visors and door pocket boxes, resulting in a visually cleaner and more refined interior, carefully restoring the original material feel and uniformity of an air-cooled Porsche.
Nearly all of the controls, including pedal rubbers, bushings, various knobs, power window switches, and light and heater switches, have been replaced. By prioritizing the instantaneous feel and eliminating any discomfort caused by aging, we’ve enhanced the sense of security in everyday contact areas.
The meters have been cleaned and the pointers repainted, and the tachometer has even been repaired and circuit board maintenance performed, ensuring visibility and reliable operation.
