[Engine-related]
The engine was disassembled and overhauled, thoroughly refreshing both the interior and exterior. The engine bay and exhaust muffler were deep cleaned and polished to achieve both aesthetic beauty and functionality.
All major parts were precisely measured and inspected, and all worn or deteriorated parts, including the gasket set, oil seals, piston rings, valve guides, chain tensioner, slide rails, and intake manifold, were replaced. Valve timing and clearance were also adjusted, and the seats were cut and fitted, raising combustion efficiency and durability to levels close to those of a new car.
The fuel system’s center fuel line, engine fuel line, and fuel pump were all replaced with new parts, completely refreshing the supply system. The ignition system also received updated plugs and cord sets, ensuring stable ignition and response.
In addition, the oil hoses, power steering hoses and belts, engine mounts, and cooling fan belt were all renewed. A comprehensive overhaul of the vibration, hydraulic, cooling, and fuel systems has resulted in the car being in perfect condition to deliver the power and reliability you expect from an air-cooled Porsche for many years to come.

The entire cabin underwent a thorough cleaning, removing any signs of wear and tear. The skin of all major interior panels, including the upper dashboard, steering wheel, center console, front and rear seats, quarter trim, and rear wallboard, has been renewed, enhancing the overall quality and unity of the interior. The roof lining has also been replaced, giving the headroom within easy reach a clean finish.
Around the feet, the door pocket carpet, kick panel carpet, and floor mats have been replaced. Even the parts that affect the impression felt when getting in and out and sitting have been meticulously refined to improve comfort.
As for the gauges, the fuel gauge glass has been replaced, and the oil pressure gauge has new dials and glass. The speedometer and tachometer dials have also been replaced and repaired, restoring visibility and a classic look.
In terms of details, the entry plate, door catch striker, selector lever push button, pedal rubber, and ashtray-related parts have been replaced. The front and rear speakers and grilles have also been refreshed, thoroughly improving the operability, texture, and acoustics.

[Electrical]
The air conditioning system, which significantly affects the comfort of an air-cooled Porsche, underwent a complete cleaning of the air conditioning lines, followed by replacement of the evaporator, expansion valve, and receiver tank. Additionally, the heater control unit and fresh air flap motor were redesigned to ensure stable temperature control and airflow. The refrigerant was retrofitted to R134a specifications, improving practicality and ease of maintenance.

In the starting and cooling system, the starter motor was replaced with a rebuilt one. The cooling fan, fan belt sensor, and auxiliary belts were all replaced with new ones to stabilize the engine’s auxiliary operation.

In addition, the various relays controlling the oil cooler, A/C condenser, and rear heater blower were also replaced. This improved the reliability of thermal management and air conditioning operation, ensuring reliable electrical system operation.
