The engine underwent a full overhaul, rebuilding its reliability and performance from the ground up. Major components, including the crankcase, cylinders, cylinder head, and pistons, were meticulously measured and inspected, then wet-blasted for cleaning.
All consumable parts, including the main bearings, piston rings, tappet hydraulic valves, and various gaskets, were replaced with new ones.
The intake system’s Varioram vacuum unit and manifold were refreshed. Furthermore, the cooling fan and housing, distributor, fuel lines, oil cooler lines, and power steering hoses were thoroughly serviced.

[Electrical System]
The electrical system, which is directly related to reliability, is difficult to see from the outside, so we perform thorough maintenance without overlooking anything.
The entire air conditioning line was cleaned, and the evaporator, expansion valve, receiver tank, and compressor were all replaced. The heater unit was also disassembled and cleaned, achieving both cooling efficiency and a comfortable interior environment.
We also replaced the rear heater blower, oil cooler, A/C condenser relays, and defogger switch to prevent potential problems.

A highly reliable rebuilt alternator was installed, and three drivetrain V-belts were replaced with new ones. We’ve built an electrical system that provides peace of mind and comfort.
