The engine room was deep cleaned to carefully remove years of dirt. The wiring and each component were also carefully realigned. This work was not just about cleaning, but was focused on restoring the original appearance.
In the fuel system, the center fuel hose, fuel pressure hose, and return hose, which are particularly at risk of deterioration over time, were all replaced with new ones.
In addition, functional refreshes were also carried out, including the replacement of the O2 sensor, a new exhaust heat protection plate, engine cooling fan bearing replacement, and engine mount replacement. In addition to replacing the left engine capsule cover, an R-GO original engine under cover was also installed, and even the parts that are hard to see were finished without compromise.

[Suspension related]
The suspension, which is directly linked to the driving feel and sense of security, is a section that requires more precision in maintenance than appearance.
For this vehicle, first thoroughly clean the wheelhouse, each arm, and the suspension area, wiping out any dirt or deposits that may have come with age. By touching even the invisible parts, the overall impression and maintenance level are raised to a new level.
In the power steering area, in addition to the various hoses such as the center line, pressure line, and return line, all the fluid containers are replaced with new ones. This is a preventive maintenance approach to prevent oil leaks and other problems caused by aging.

In addition, the front shock absorbers, track control arms (including repair bushes), and front and rear brake hoses were also replaced, and the four-wheel alignment was adjusted.

The responsiveness during operation and road tracking have been thoroughly adjusted to improve the quality of the ride.

[Exterior related]
In the exterior section, we focused not only on making it look pretty, but also on bringing out the original texture of the body.
First, careful polishing restores the original luster of the paint. In addition, the inner panels and inside of the wheelhouses are also cleaned, giving a thorough finish to even the areas that are difficult to see from the outside.
The roll bar cover of the targa roof and the front hood are partially painted, taking care not to create a sense of incongruity in color with the surrounding panels. We deliberately chose not to paint the entire car, but to make the most of the car’s unique character.
Small exterior parts such as the front turn signal cover and rear license lamp are also refurbished, resetting the dullness and used look caused by aging. It brings back a fresh impression down to the smallest details.

As for the interior, we don’t just clean it, but we do a total cleaning of the entire cabin, aiming for a space that is “comfortable to touch and safe to use.”
The skins on the seats and door pillars have been carefully reupholstered so as not to damage the original atmosphere, and refreshing has been kept to a minimum.
The pedals, which directly affect the feel of operation, have also been properly maintained. In addition to replacing the clutch pedal and lever, the bushes on the brake and accelerator and the levers in the pedal box have also been worked on to create a finish that is smooth and natural to use.
In addition, the left and right door speakers and rear speakers have all been replaced with new ones. Furthermore, even the small functional parts such as the left entry plate, front hood opener, and door lock striker have been carefully adjusted so as not to destroy the original atmosphere.
Every detail has been carefully redesigned to improve the usability and texture felt in everyday life and provide satisfaction every time you drive it.
